This role is for doers, not coordinators.

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Mass Recruitment who can deliver numbers, run bulk hiring operations, and close positions at scale for Blue Collar and Grey Collar roles. If you understand ground-level hiring, vendor leverage, and mass joining execution, this role is for you.

Core Deliverables (Non-Negotiable)

• Deliver high-volume closures month-on-month (50–500+ positions)
• Maintain strong joining ratios and minimal no-shows
• Build and control a local recruitment engine — vendors, field recruiters, job camps
• Own hiring from mandate to joining, no excuses

Key Responsibilities

Mass Hiring Ownership

• Execute end-to-end bulk recruitment for:
• Factory & plant workers
• Warehouse, logistics & delivery staff
• Helpers, loaders, driver
• Technicians, operators, supervisors
• Support & back-office
•  Handle multiple live mandates under tight deadlines
• Ensure fast TAT and disciplined execution

Vendor & Field Team Management

• Empanel, manage, and monitor recruitment vendors
• Control vendor quality, cost, and turnaround time
• Coordinate with field recruiters and on-ground coordinators

Compliance & Discipline

• Ensure complete documentation before joining
• Maintain clean trackers, audit-ready data, and hiring dashboards
• Drive accountability across vendors and internal teams

Who Should Apply (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of hardcore mass hiring experience
• Proven track record in Blue Collar / Grey Collar recruitment
• Experience with staffing firms, manpower agencies, or large vendors
• Strong local market grip in Kolkata & nearby regions
• Comfortable with field work, pressure, and targets
• Languages: Bengali & Hindi mandatory, English workable
