We're Hiring: Regional Manager – East Branches 🌟

Are you a results-driven leader ready to take on a high-impact role? We’re looking for an experienced Regional Managerto oversee our key East region branches: Kolkata, Guwahati, Siliguri, Ranchi, and Lucknow.

📍 Location: Based in any of the East region cities (Kolkata preferred)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

📈 Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in branch/regional management or relevant leadership role

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage operations across Kolkata, Guwahati, Siliguri, Ranchi, and Lucknow branches.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and branch performance metrics.
• Implement and monitor company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Analyze market trends and initiate strategies to increase market share.
• Coach, guide, and motivate branch teams to drive results.
• Oversee customer service standards and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate regularly with senior leadership and submit performance reports.
• ✅ Requirements:Proven track record in regional or multi-branch management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned cities regularly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
