Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and drive sales performance across the assigned region. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers / Sales Executives
  • Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
  • Ensure effective execution of sales plans, promotions, and product launches
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management


Required

  • Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a regional or team leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience handling the East region market (preferred)
  • Ability to travel within the region as required
  • Preferred Industry Experience FMCG B2B
