Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and drive sales performance across the assigned region. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers / Sales Executives
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans, promotions, and product launches
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution
- Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management
Required
- Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a regional or team leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience handling the East region market (preferred)
- Ability to travel within the region as required
- Preferred Industry Experience FMCG B2B
