Regional Site & Operational Manager

We are looking for a senior, hands-on professional to independently manage our Kolkata branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end control of bank interior fit-out projects, including client coordination, site execution, vendor management, timelines, quality, and reporting. This role acts as the single point of contact for the branch and reports directly to the management.

• Branch & Client ManagementAct as the company representative for all bank interior projects in Kolkata
• Coordinate with bank officials, consultants, auditors, and inspectors
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and handover processes
• Support management in new project follow-ups and approvals
• Project & Site ExecutionPlan and monitor execution of multiple bank fit-out sites
• Control site incharges, supervisors, vendors, and labour
• Ensure work as per approved drawings, BOQ, quality & bank standards
• Enforce safety, security, and discipline at all sites
• Cost, Quality & Timeline ControlTrack daily progress and ensure on-time project completion
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage & rework
• Verify measurements, running bills, and closure documentation
• Resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays
• Reporting & CoordinationShare daily progress reports (photos, status, issues) with HO
• Maintain weekly planning & completion tracking
• Coordinate with design, procurement & accounts teams at HO
