Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager – Bharti AXA Life Insurance (Fresher)
Role Overview:
Acquire and manage customers by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable life insurance solutions as per Bharti AXA Life Insurance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Explain Bharti AXA Life Insurance products and benefits
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Support customers with documentation and post-sales service
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline; freshers welcome
- Good communication skill.
- Customer-focused with interest in sales
Training:
- Comprehensive product and sales training provided by Bharti AXA Life Insurance.
Shift: 9.30 am-6.30 pm
Salary: Negotiable
