Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and expanding strong relationship with Clients. The role focusses an understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

1. Develop and maintain long term relationship with assigned clients.

2. Explain company capital participation policies. Client onboarding and documentation.

3. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

4.. Monitor client account s and ensure contract compliance.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experience s.

6.Prepare regular reports on client resources and retention status.

7. Achieve assigned revenue and retention targets.
