About the Company:
AI-Recovery & High Value Services LLP is a professional firm specializing in insurance claim assistance, recovery services, and financial dispute management. We work with clients across India to ensure fair resolutions and effective support in claim-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to clients who have reported insurance-related fraud or claim issues.
Clearly explain the company’s services and guide clients through the recovery process.
Gather required information and documents from customers and update all details accurately in the system.
Coordinate with the legal and verification teams to ensure timely and efficient case processing.
Follow up with clients regarding case progress, documentation requirements, and status updates.
Maintain accurate daily call logs and consistently achieve calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Address customer queries professionally and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Uphold confidentiality standards and ensure complete data accuracy and integrity in all communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or the insurance sector preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
