Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and onboard POSP/agents in the assigned area
• Manage and service existing POSP agents to increase sales
• Achieve monthly motor insurance sales targets
• Handle customer and agent queries and provide quick resolutions
• Coordinate with HO team for smooth policy issuance
• Conduct basic offline training for POSP agents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
• Travel locally as required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream
• Experience in Motor/General Insurance (Agency channel preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of local market/agent network is a plus
• Language: Hindi & English (local language preferred)
