🧾 Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager for our Kolkata office. The role requires strong client-handling capabilities, deep knowledge of investment products, and the ability to manage and grow client portfolios in equity and mutual fund–based investments.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Acquire new clients and expand the customer base
• Provide advisory support on Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Mutual Funds, and PMS
• Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable investment solutions
• Convince clients regarding investment strategies and portfolio management
• Coordinate with internal dealing, research, and operations teams
• Ensure smooth execution of trades and transactions
• Achieve assigned revenue and business targets
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as Relationship Manager / Equity Dealer / MF Advisor
• Mandatory Experience: Equity Broking or Mutual Fund Sales
• Certification: NISM Certification is MANDATORY (Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Mutual Funds – PMS preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, convincing, and investment advisory skills
• Approach: Client-focused, target-driven, and result-oriented
