Job Title: Home Loan Sales / Real Estate Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for home loans and real estate sales.
- Coordinate with clients, builders, and channel partners.
- Explain home loan products, eligibility, and documentation.
- Assist customers throughout the property purchase and loan process.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in home loan sales, LAP, or real estate sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Field work readiness; two-wheeler preferred.
- Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage.
