Designation: Relationship manager (Mutual Fund)

Salary : 15,000.00 – 30,000.00 + Incentive

Location: Bhowanipore (Field-work)

Skill :

· Ability to build and maintain strong associate relationships.

· Educate and inform associates about the insurance policies.

· Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.

· Meeting sales associates every day

· Recruitment & growing of sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Point of Sale associate(POSP) recruitment.
• Provide agents with sales tools, marketing materials, and ongoing support to help them achieve their sales targets.
• Ensure agents have a deep understanding of our insurance products and their benefits.
• Monitor agent performance against established KPIs and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure agents are adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to agents and clients.
• Field work.

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

• Must have an experience in NISM support.
• Must have an experience in mutual fund, SIP, asset management, Demat account handling.
• Must have ARN number and EUIN number.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
