Job Title: Relationship Officer – Home Loans (RO HL)

Max CTC - 4LPA + Incentives

Job Objective:

To acquire new customers and generate business for home loans by building strong customer relationships, understanding their housing finance needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and source potential home loan customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly targets for home loan disbursals, logins, and sanction.
• Conduct sales presentations and explain product features to customers.

1. Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

1. Documentation & Processing:

• Assist customers in completing the loan application process.
• Collect and verify KYC documents, income proof, property documents, etc.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursal.

1. Market Intelligence:

• Keep updated on competitor offerings, market trends, property rates, and regulatory changes.
• Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented attitude and target-driven approach
• Good knowledge of the home loan market, products, and documentation
• Ability to build networks and relationships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation (Any stream); MBA preferred
• Min.1year of experience in sales, strictly home loans/ LAP
