Restaurant Captain

As a Restaurant Captain, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

·     Supervising day-to-day restaurant operations

·     Ensuring high service and hygiene standards

·     Managing guest experience that includes but not limited to greeting guests, seating them, making recommendations, taking orders and serving them

·     Coordinating with kitchen and service teams

·     Addressing customer queries and ensuring smooth service flow

·     Record keeping of inventory
