Job Title: Cashier & Counter Executive

• Key Responsibilities Front Counter & Billing Handle POS billing and cash/card/UPI transactions
• Ensure accurate billing and daily cash reconciliation
• Manage online delivery orders (Swiggy/Zomato, etc.)
• Maintain proper records of daily sales
• Customer Service Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently
• Suggest add-ons and combos to increase sales
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely
• Outlet Operations Oversee overall outlet cleanliness and presentation
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow
• Monitor stock levels and inform management for replenishment
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
• Administrative Support Maintain basic inventory records
• Support promotional activities and local marketing efforts
• Requirements Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Basic computer and POS knowledge
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English; Bengali is a plus for Kolkata)
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality
• Ability to multitask and manage the outlet responsibly
• Prior QSR or retail experience preferred
• Desired Skills Confident and proactive
