👨‍🍳 Operations ManagementEnsure smooth daily stall operations

• Supervise food preparation & serving
• Maintain food quality, taste & hygiene
• Ensure orders are delivered on time
• 👥 Staff ManagementManage cooks, helpers & delivery staff
• Assign duties & monitor performance
• Train staff on hygiene, customer handling & speed
• Manage staff attendance & discipline

📦 Inventory & Stock ControlMonitor daily raw material usage

• Maintain stock of vegetables, meat, oil, spices, packaging
• Place purchase orders and avoid wastage
• Coordinate with vendors & suppliers

💰 Billing & Cash HandlingHandle daily cash, UPI & online payments

• Maintain sales register / POS records
• Prepare daily sales & expense report
• Ensure no cash mismatch

🧾 Customer ServiceHandle customer queries & complaints politely

• Ensure fast service during peak hours
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Encourage repeat customers

🧹 Hygiene & SafetyEnsure stall cleanliness at all times

• Follow food safety & hygiene standards
• Ensure staff wear proper uniform & gloves
• Manage waste disposal properly

📊 ReportingReport daily sales, issues & requirements to owner

• Suggest improvements for sales & operations
• Monitor food cost & profitability

🎯 Skills RequiredBasic food & restaurant knowledge

• Leadership & team management
• Basic billing / POS knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

🎓 Preferred QualificationsExperience in food stall / restaurant / QSR

• Knowledge of Indian & Chinese food (preferred)
• Minimum education: 12th pass (experience matters more)
