We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, inspire our team, and deliver memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain service excellence
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene to meet company and FSSAI standards
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and local marketing initiatives
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and management teams
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly reports on sales, labor, and expenses
• Uphold brand standards and foster a positive work culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and POS systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage peak service hours
• Degree or diploma in hospitality management preferred (not mandatory)
