Job Description
• Handle cash and UPI sales at food counters (savouries, pastries, tea, coffee, cold drinks, etc.).
• Maintain daily sales records using the provided sheets.
• Deposit daily sales amount to the outlet manager.
• Operate billing machines efficiently.
• Manage cash, UPI payments, inventory, and stock per company guidelines.
• Take orders, serve food, clear tables, and collect payments.
• Allrounder cook: Prepare Indian thali and Chinese dishes; South Indian dishes (like dosa) preferred but not mandatory.
• Willing to work at the chat counter; training for chat preparation provided.
