Job Description
- Customer Service: Welcoming guests warmly, presenting menus, explaining specialties, and responding to queries/complaints.
- Order Management: Taking food and beverage orders accurately, including allergies or special requests, and entering them into the POS system.
- Service Delivery: Serving food and beverages efficiently, replenishing drinks, and checking on table satisfaction.
- Table Maintenance: Setting up tables, clearing dishes, and cleaning dining areas, often following "seven steps of service" protocols.
- Cash Handling: Processing cash and credit card transactions accurately.
