Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.
2. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
4. Ensure order accuracy and address any customer concerns or special requests.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
7. Assist in food preparation and dishwashing as needed.
8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and coordinated service.
9. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
10. Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
11. Uphold company policies and procedures, including dress code and hygiene standards.
12. Provide support to restaurant management with administrative tasks as assigned.
13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and dining experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
7. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making changes.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
9. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
10. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
11. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality is a plus.

Salary:

900 + 200 SAR + OT + Accommodation + Transportation + Medication will be provided by employer
