• Team building through recruitment of insurance advisors

• Life insurance sales and target achievement
• Cold calling and lead conversion
• Training and mentoring team members
• Driving business growth through team productivity

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Hindi knowledge is mandatory
• Basic English communication
• Initial selling is required that is part of your training & performance evaluations.
• Sales, recruitment, or team-handling experience preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills

Recruitment Process

• HR Interview
• After selection, IRDAI Exam (Mandatory)
• Exam Fee: ₹614 (IRDAI examination charge)
• Training will be provided
• Salary as per industry standards (Fixed + Variable) + PF+ GR+ MEDICAL BENEFITS+ others.
