*Work mode* - Work from home  

*Job type* :- Part time/ Full time 

*Age* :- 20 years and above 

*Education*:- Graduation ( Mandatory)

*Location*: This hiring is being Done for Kolkata Branch head Office

▫ Office Working Days : 5 Days(Monday to Friday) 

Working Time : 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

*Skills Required* :-

•Sales and communication skills 

•Team handling and leadership ability 

•Client relationship and persuasion skills 

•Basic understanding of business development 

•Ability to work with targets and performance metrics . 

*Selection process*:- 

*Interview round* - Candidates must clear the interview .

*Documentation Process* : - Completion of the required documentation formalities.

*Training Programme* - 

Selected candidates will undergo a structured training programme 

*Irdai Examination*:- 

Candidates must qualify the examination conducted by IRDAI

*Practical training and assignments*:- 

During the practical training phase, candidates must be required to -

•Work on business assignments through their natural markets .

•Complete recruitment assignments . 

•Performance based payouts will be provided to according to company norms . 

*Career Progression* :- 

Based on performance or completion on assignments , candidates may be promoted to the leader ( Retail Partner) role . 

*Leader ( Retail Partner) role responsibilities* - 

•Recruitment of new team members .

•Development and training of the team .

•Monitoring and supporting team business growth.

•Life insurance sales.

•Assisting downlines in achieving higher role promotions .
