Retail Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Salesperson to join our retail kiosk specializing in plants and gardening-related products. If you enjoy working with customers, have a passion for plants, and love sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs with patience and care

• Assist customers in selecting products and explain features, prices, and offers clearly

• Sell plants, pots, soil, fertilizers, and gardening accessories

• Provide basic advice on plant care and gardening products

• Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of the kiosk

• Handle billing, cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain accurate daily sales records

• Restock items and monitor inventory levels

• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Follow store policies honestly and responsibly

Requirements

• Good communication skills and a polite, customer-friendly nature

• Basic knowledge of sales, billing, and handling cash

• Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment

• Honest, reliable, and punctual • Willingness to learn and adapt Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or counter sales (freshers are welcome)

• Basic knowledge of the products being sold

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
