Retail Sales Executive

Job Role

• Responsible for effective conversion of walk-in, leads, reference customers.
• Follow up on leads, maintain the pipeline, and will make effort to generate new leads through liaising with freelance architects and designers.
• Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of in-house interior designers.
• Following up with the clients for payments, delivery schedule, and updating the client of progress when necessary.
• Ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, translated, agreed and delivered in a manner that creates positive client perception.
• Creating daily reports of walk-ins, lead status, meetings, and sales conversion.
• Prepare presentation, quotation, and proforma invoice as per given format.
• Liaising with execution team and giving regular updates on project status internally and to the customer.
• Responsible for maintaining the look and feel, cleanliness of the showroom.
• Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional responsibilities as required.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers, architects, and interior designers to suggest innovative design solutions.
• Curate and style home furnishings, including fabrics, wallpapers, and décor, to create inspiring spaces.
• Offer expert advice on colors, textures, and trends to help customers make the perfect choice.
• Collaborate on design projects, providing personalized recommendations that blend aesthetics with functionality.
• Transform our showroom into a creative hub, where customers feel inspired and guided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
