Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and presentable Retail Sales Executive to manage counter sales for our women’s nightwear collection. The role focuses on attending customers, understanding their needs, and providing a good shopping experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in selecting women’s nightwear and loungewear
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Handle counter sales and billing smoothly
• Maintain neat display of products on shelves and mannequins
• Refill stock and keep the store organized
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain basic sales records if required
• Build good relationships with regular customers
• Skills Required:Good communication and customer handling skills
• Presentable and polite behavior
• Interest in fashion and women’s clothing
• Basic billing and cash handling knowledge preferred
• Willingness to stand for long hours and work in retail environment
