Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive who will assist customers, drive in-store sales, and maintain an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be customer-friendly, confident, and passionate about helping customers find the right products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their requirements.
• Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information about specifications, pricing, and offers.
• Handle billing, receipts, and returns as per store policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and stock arrangement.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages or fast-moving products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and management for stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years experience in retail, fashion, electronics, or similar field (freshers can apply).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems & POS machines (training can be provided).
• Confident, presentable, and sales-driven attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fashion retail, apparel, lifestyle.
• Basic understanding of customer behavior and sales techniques.
• Strong product presentation and persuasion skills.
