Job Location: Retail Showroom / Multi-Brand Outlet

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand cooling & AC requirements

Explain AC models, features, capacity (tonnage), inverter vs non-inverter

Guide customers on energy ratings, power consumption & suitability

Demonstrate AC products and ongoing schemes/offers

Achieve daily & monthly AC sales targets

Coordinate with store team for billing, installation & delivery

Ensure proper product display and brand visibility

Handle customer queries and post-sales coordination

Submit daily sales & outlet activity reports

👤 Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Mandatory experience in AC / Consumer Durable Sales

Retail showroom or brand promoter experience preferred

Education: Minimum 12th pass

Skills Required:

Strong product knowledge of ACs

Good communication & convincing skills

Customer handling & closing ability

Willing to work in retail shifts & peak seasons
