Job Summary:

The RMC Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations at the Ready Mix Concrete plant, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, timely dispatch, and efficient use of manpower and machinery. The role requires coordination between production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily RMC plant operations including batching, mixing, and dispatch
• Ensure production as per approved mix designs and quality standards
• Monitor raw material availability (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water)
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for concrete quality testing and compliance
• Plan and manage concrete dispatch schedules to sites
• Supervise plant operators, helpers, and drivers
• Ensure proper maintenance of plant equipment and report breakdowns
• Maintain production records, dispatch logs, and material consumption reports
• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with safety and environmental norms
• Handle site complaints related to concrete quality or supply
• Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant area
