Job Description
Take and process room service orders via phone or POS system
Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely preparation of orders
Set up trays/trolleys neatly as per hotel standards
Deliver orders to guest rooms politely and professionally
Explain the order to guests and confirm satisfaction at delivery
Handle cash/card payments where applicable
Clear trays and maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
