Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s products or services, generating new business, increasing brand visibility, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

Generate leads through field work, calls, and digital platforms

Promote products/services to potential and existing customers

Achieve assigned sales targets and marketing goals

Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for order execution

Track competitor activities and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in sales and marketing

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media (an advantage)

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Experience:

1–4 years of experience in sales and marketing
