Key Responsibilities

Develop business in the HORECA Segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, QSR Chains).

Promote and sell MV Agrofood Panko Breadcrumbs to chefs, purchase managers, and institutional buyers.

Identify and onboard new clients through field visits, sampling, and product demonstrations.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the food service industry.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct regular market surveys to track demand, competitor activity, and pricing trends.

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth supply and order fulfillment.

Ensure timely payment collection and maintain customer accounts.

Provide daily visit reports, sales updates, and customer feedback.

Organize product trials, chef meets, and promotional activities to increase product adoption.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong network in Kolkata HORECA / Food Service Market.

Knowledge of coating products, frozen foods, or food ingredients preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.

Target-driven with strong field sales capability.

Ability to conduct product sampling and explain technical usage benefits.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and digital communication tools.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3 years of experience in HORECA Sales / Institutional FMCG / Food Ingredient Sales.

Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management / Business preferred).

Must own a two-wheeler for field sales visits.

Candidates with an existing chef and restaurant network will be highly preferred.
