Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Kolkata with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities, is for a Sales Marketing Manager. The primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and execute strategic sales and marketing plans. The role entails identifying market trends, generating leads, building client relationships, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring that all initiatives align with company goals. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with the creative team to create innovative content and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Skills in branding, advertising strategy, and performance marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and influencer marketing
• Knowledge of content strategy, including creative writing and marketing communications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
