Sales and Marketing Executive

### *Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets.  

- Nurture and expand business with existing clients while actively acquiring new B2B clients.  

- Supervise and guide a team of CRM executives to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversion.  

- Regularly travel to South India (once a month or once in two months) for client meetings and showroom visits.  

- Utilize modern and digital marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.  

- Work closely with the leadership team to analyze performance data and improve sales strategies.

### *Candidate Requirements:*

- Minimum *5 years of experience* in B2B sales and marketing.  

- *Prior experience in the jewelry industry* is highly preferred.  

- Excellent *communication skills* and fluency in English (verbal and written).  

- Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate CRM team members.  

- Proficient in modern sales tools, WhatsApp Business, CRM software, and digital marketing methods.  

- Open to frequent travel, especially to South India.
