Job Objective:To promote and increase student enrollments at Rajeev Classes by effectively engaging with prospective students and parents, highlighting the institute’s unique value propositions, and building lasting relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Follow-Up and admission
- Identify and reach out to potential students and parents via calls, walk-ins, school visits, and online leads.
- Maintain a database of inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Counseling & Conversion:
- Understand student needs and academic goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct in-person and telephonic counseling sessions to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and drive conversions.
- Center Engagement:
- Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, school workshops, and open houses.
- Provide support during admission drives, scholarship tests, and events.
- Reporting & CRM:
- Update student inquiry data in CRM tools.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for review.
- Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Problem-solving and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, or telecalling (freshers with high energy & confidence can also apply)
- Local language proficiency is a plus
