🔹 About the RoleWe are looking for a smart and proactive professional who can take complete ownership of sales through phone calls, lead management, CRM, and marketing automation.

This role requires both strong communication skills and technical ability to implement CRM workflows, automate follow-ups, and track performance through data analytics.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls to convert leads into orders.
• Qualify customers, understand requirements, and pitch suitable BRATMA products.
• Manage CRM (TeleCRM/Zoho/HubSpot):
• 
  
• Update every lead
• Build automated workflows
• Set reminders, follow-ups, and WhatsApp sequences
• Monitor lead pipeline and ensure no lead is missed.
• Analyse sales data and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with marketing team for improving lead quality and scripts.
• Maintain high conversion rate and daily calling discipline.
• 🔹 Required SkillsExcellent communication & persuasion skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to create basic automations and workflows.
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting (Excel/CRM dashboard).
