Job Description
We are a manufacturer of wooden door frames & shutters supplying to real estate and construction projects.
We are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with strong experience in building material or project sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate sales from builders, developers, contractors
• Build relationships with architects & interior designers
• Handle project enquiries, quotations & order closures
• Visit construction sites and dealer locations
• Coordinate with factory for production & dispatch
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business
Required Skills
• Experience in plywood / doors / hardware / tiles / paint / sanitary / cement
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Comfortable with field work
• Knowledge of Kolkata & nearby markets
