The role involves supporting sales operations, coordinating luxury travel experiences, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction from inquiry to post-trip follow-up. π§³βοΈ
- ποΈ Key Responsibilities' Manage end-to-end coordination of luxury and bespoke travel itineraries for HNI clients π
- Act as the primary point of contact for premium clients, ensuring personalized service π€
- Support the sales team with proposal creation, quotations, and follow-ups π
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and vendors to secure best-in-class services π¨π
- Maintain accurate client profiles, preferences, and sales records in CRM systems π
- Handle amendments, special requests, and last-minute changes efficiently β‘
- Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and vendors π
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving conversion ratios π
- π Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in the travel & tourism industry π§
- Proven experience in managing HNI / luxury clientele πΌ
