Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
• Clearly and confidently explain matrimonial services, including features, benefits, and available packages.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable membership plans based on their needs.
• Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Address client queries promptly and provide accurate, relevant information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
