Job Description

Position Overview:


The Sales Coordinator will serve as a vital link between the marketing, sales, and customer service teams. The role involves managing and tracking leads, coordinating with the marketing team for lead generation activities, preparing quotations/offers, and supporting post-sales coordination to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Management

  • Work closely with the marketing team to collect, organize, and validate incoming leads from various campaigns and sources.
  • Distribute leads to respective sales executives or marketing teams for timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and update the lead database/CRM system regularly with follow-up status, contact details, and conversion progress.
  • Track and report on lead performance metrics and follow-up effectiveness.

Enquiry Handling & Offer Preparation

  • Receive and record customer enquiries through phone, email, or digital channels.
  • Coordinate with sales engineers or product specialists to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
  • Ensure that offers are aligned with pricing policies, delivery timelines, and terms of sale.
  • Follow up on sent quotations to track customer feedback and conversion potential.


Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team in documentation, order processing, and internal coordination with logistics, finance, and production teams.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline summaries.
  • Monitor and coordinate timelines for order execution and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in organizing customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required.


Post-Sales Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track post-sales feedback, service requests, and warranty issues, and ensure prompt resolution through relevant departments.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers to build long-term relationships.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support (preferably in e.g., engineering/manufacturing/technical services).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
