Company Overview:

Policy Bazaar is a leading insurance comparison platform that assists customers in finding the best insurance plans tailored to their needs. We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Field Sales Consultants to join our team in Kolkata. This role is exclusively open to candidates with prior experience in the domain, and no fresher applications will be considered. The offered CTC for this position is up to 4.5 LPA. Interested leads will be provided by the company, and there is no requirement for cold calling or random calling. Interviews will be conducted in a face-to-face format.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Utilize provided leads to reach out to potential customers and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with leads to explain insurance products and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assess customers' insurance needs and financial situations to propose appropriate policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and meeting customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
• Day shift (10am to 7:00pm) - Fixed timings.
• It's 6 days working company. The candidates will be given 1 weekly off as per the roster which means there will be no fixed off.
• Fixed salary + High incentives.
• Other monetary incentives to the employees (confidential)

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
• Experience: At least [1 Year of experience] in the insurance domain as a Field Sales Consultant.
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
• Certification: Relevant certifications in insurance sales will be an added advantage.

Compensation and benefit: Min. CTC will be 3.90LPA Rest will be discussed during the interview based on qualifications and experience.
