Job Overview

Maverick Drones and Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leader in drone solutions for businesses and governments, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Hindi, responsible for calling leads, handling business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) clients, and updating client interactions in a structured manner. This is a full-time position requiring a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for technology.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Communication:


Engage with leads provided on a daily basis through phone calls.

Clearly communicate the company's offerings and identify client needs.

Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.

Client Relationship Management:


Interact with B2B and B2G clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored drone solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Product Knowledge:


Acquire a deep understanding of the company's products, including technical features, advantages, and solutions.

Communicate product benefits effectively to clients.

Reporting & Follow-Up:


Maintain detailed records of client interactions in an organized sheet or CRM.

Update client information, conversations, and follow-up details regularly for smooth tracking and future communication.

Sales Target Achievement:


Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.

Training & Development:


Participate in the company's training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

Language Proficiency:


Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Experience:


Experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or drone industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Client Management:


Previous experience handling B2B or B2G clients is a plus.

Tech-Savvy:


Interest in technology, particularly drones, with a willingness to learn product details quickly.

Proactive & Organized:


Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for updating client records and following up on leads.

Work Hours:


Full-time position; working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
