Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive for our Solar EPC business. The role focuses on acquiring commercial and industrial clients, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and supporting the growth of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking

• Conduct client meetings to assess energy consumption, site feasibility, and client requirements

• Present solar EPC solutions, explaining cost savings, ROI, and technical feasibility

• Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams for proposals and technical inputs

• Negotiate commercials, close deals, and support PO/LOI finalization

• Maintain sales pipeline, activity reports, and market feedback

Market & Industry Focus

• Commercial & Industrial (C&I) rooftop solar

• Institutions: hospitals, educational campuses, warehouses, factories

• CAPEX-based EPC projects (OPEX knowledge is a plus)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of solar EPC, net metering, and DISCOM processes

• Ability to convert technical concepts into business value

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
