- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored travel packages
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa services
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales within defined timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth booking execution
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
