Job Summary

Madhusudan Gold & Diamonds is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and jewellery products while ensuring high standards of service, trust, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery needs and preferences

Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections with detailed product knowledge

Explain pricing, gold purity, diamond quality (cut, clarity, color, carat), and certification

Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations accurately

Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery items

Assist with stock management, tagging, and inventory checks

Address customer queries and complaints professionally

Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales (freshers may apply)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a pleasing personality

Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones is an advantage

Comfortable working weekends and during peak festive seasons
