About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Dsa sales Excuetive to join our team in the Kolkata

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential will be responsible for connecting with protential customer through outbound calls ,promting loan products , generating leads and supporting the Dsa Channel in achieving sales Target

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound call to protencial and existing customers promote loan /financial products

Explain product features ,eligibility and documentation requirements clearly

Generate qulity leads and pass them on the field documentation requiments clearly .Follow up with customers to ensure successful lead conversion.

Maintain daily ,weekly and montly calling and lead generation targets.

Ensure customer interactions are professional courteous and complaint with company policies

Requried Qulification & skills

Minimu 2 year of Experience in tele calling/ Sales Excuetive /loan sales (preferably with Bank / Nbfc /DSAs)

Higher Secondary with strong communication skills( Bengali , Hindi)

Good Knowladge of loan /financial products such as personal loan /business loan LAP etc.

Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Target –oriented with a positive attitude and team spirit

Compensation

Fixed salary (as per Experience) + incentives on performance .

Work location –kolkata (office –based role )
