Job Description

  • Sales Generation: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, as well as manage existing customer accounts.
  • Field Activity: Conduct face-to-face meetings, demonstrations, and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales, visit, and revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and product performance to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data using CRM software.
