Shree Balaji Glass Manufacturing Private Limited (Ceramics Division), a leading Crockery Manufacturing company, is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Position: Sales Officer / Sales Executive

Location: Kolkata, (West Bengal)

Working Area : West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha & Assam

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through active prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify business opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales in consumer goods is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience : 3 to 5 years.
