Executive – Home Loan Sales (Branch Banking)

Role OverviewWe are hiring fresh graduates for Home Loan Sales under Branch Banking. This role offers structured training, performance incentives, and long-term career growth with a leading banking brand.
- Key Responsibilities Sell Home Loan products through branch banking channels
- Generate leads and assist customers with loan documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
- Achieve assigned sales targets while following bank policies
Eligibility (Strict Criteria) -
- Graduate only (Regular graduation from a reputed university)
- Distance / correspondence graduation not allowed
- Freshers only (No experience required)
- Graduation completed within last 1 year
- No gap allowed after graduation (if any)
- Good CIBIL score mandatory (No defaults)
- Age: 18–25 years only
- Compensation & Benefits Gross CTC: Up to ₹1.80 LPA
- Performance incentives: Up to ₹50,000/month (over & above salary)
