Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and result-oriented Female Sales Executive / Telecaller with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion, garments, or wholesale B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle clients professionally both over the phone and in person.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new leads.
• Explain product features, price details, and offers effectively.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams for timely order updates.
• Maintain customer database and daily call reports.
• Handle walk-in customers and assist in showroom sales when required.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English mandatory; Bengali preferred).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.
• Team player with multitasking ability.

Experience:Minimum 3 years in telecalling / sales / fashion or garment sector preferred.

Qualification:12th (Any stream) or equivalent.

Salary:As per experience and performance (plus incentives).
