We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, presenting products/services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits
• Meet potential customers and explain products/services effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the internal team
• Ensure timely payment collection and follow-ups
• Represent the company professionally in the market
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (freshers may apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
• Valid two-wheeler & driving license preferred
