Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and managing retailer and sub-dealer networks in the assigned territory, driving secondary sales, ensuring timely order execution, payment follow-ups, and promoting brand visibility to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in industrial products like pumps, pipes, motors, cables, machine equipment).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, appoint, and manage retailers/sub-dealers.
• Generate sales through visits, follow-ups, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Handle quotes, negotiations, and order finalization.
• Ensure timely dispatch and payment collection.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Maintain daily reports as per company policy.

• Proficiency in mobile, computer, and software usage.
